Indima Foundation is a private Foundation that donates to medical and social causes.

Over the years since 1993, children cancer centers, general practice hospitals and clinics have been the main focus. In 2004, social issues were added and educational needs addressed.

Indima Foundation established a lecture series with University of Illinois Chicago in the name of Indima's founder, Asok K Ray. The lecture sponsors prominent medical speakers at the UIC campus.

In past history Indima has donated to Greater Chicago Food Depository, Heartland Medical Clinic and Mother Teresa’s orphanages in Panama.
